What Cause Shooting Sensations From Behind My Neck To My Feet?

Ok, so far I have been to 2 nuerologists and two md s. My nuero surgeuon who performed a acdf of the c345 in 2013. Around 2014 I started getting shooting sensations from around the back of neck with an auditory sound. the sensations very in intensity from mild, to shooting all the way down to my feet. sometimes a single pulse. sometimes multiple pulses. thusfar, no one has any ideas. the condition is progrsesing in intensity and frequency. any ideas.
