What Cause Sores In Nostril?

my 5 yr old daughter has sores in one nostril crusty and yellowish, a cough not productive and an itchy anus keeoing us up at nite shes been treated with threadworm treatment 5 ml twice daily for 3 days to no avail what could it be or are these alll sympyoms of one thing

Hi.... Itchyanus could be due to thread worm infestation. But I do not relate the crusty nasal discharge and other symptoms your daughter is having for the same. These symptoms could be related to viral illness or acute bacterial rhinosinusiti. I suggest she may need antibiotic treatment. I suggest to consult your pediatrician as this might require prescription drugs.
