What Cause Stomach Problems Every Morning After I Eat?

Hello I am a 17yr old female and I have stomach problems every morning after I eat. This has been going on for the past two years I even stopped eating dairy products to see if that was causing my pain. I usually get gases right after and it's impossible for me to concentrate in class. Please help. Oh and I also have a kidney transplant so I have to take pills every morning.

Hi,

Seems gastric upset in relation to pills which you have to take every morning for kidney transplant.

Certain helpful guidelines for your better recovery are:
• Discuss with your doctor who has prescribed medicines for kidney transplant to change timings of the table /change the molecule if at all required.
• Avoid oily, spicy, non-vegetarian stuffs, beverages, and junk food in the morning
• Have light soft snacks
• Avoid heavy suppers
• Regular exercises, yoga for 20 minutes in the morning daily
• Check to have normal bowel evacuations daily
• Avoid smoking/alcohol if using

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
