What Cause Swelling Of The Earlobe After Getting Cured Of Sinus Infection?
Hi.... my ear 1st started hurting really bad an came along with runny nose so I was diagnose with sinus infection docs gave me antibiotics the doc wouldn t give me anything for the pain cuz I m 6months pregnant so my obgyn said I didn t have to go thru pain an prescribed me something so now the sinus infection is gone an the paind from the ear is gone but now my earlope is swoll, it stays moist, and I have this irritating feeling like I wanna keep scartching it. I have a docs appt tomorrow but just incase the doc don t really know what s going on I can have an idea. What do you think it may be?

Ear lobe swelling and itching in pregnancy may be due to eczema or pericondritis or drug side effects etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use dermadew aloe cream locally. Use cetirizine 10mg twice a day for five days. If no improvement please consult your ENT specialist / physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
