What Cause The Numbness Feels Warm?

I just smoked weed (I m an experienced weed smoker but it had been a couple weeks) and my left side of my body is going numb. leg, side of body,chest,arm face, thoat a bit. my heart is racing, but i think its because I m nervous. the numbness feels warm. Its freaking me out a bit
