What Cause Uterine Myomas And Left Infra Umbilical Mass Indicate?

Dear Doc, pls help me with this findings, uterine myomas, left infraumbilical mass which may be an exophytic myoma or ovarian mass, thickebned endometrium. Pls help me, i want to know what this mean. ty, i am 50 yrs old, 116 lbs, 5'2", i did ultrasound and the above are the findings. ty

Hello

Ultrasound of pelvis suggests fibroids in the uterus.
There is also left infraumbilical mass which may be exophytic fibroid or ovarian mass.Contrast CT scan and tumour markers can be done for confirmation of mass.
Thickened endometrium may be due to both reasons,benign or malignant.
Biopsy should be done for confirming its nature.
Proper treatment depend upon histopathology reports.
Fibroid can be treated conservative or surgical depending upon many things like age,completion of family etc.You should consult your gynecologist.
