There is a significant possibility that you could be having what we term 'interstitial cystitis' but this is a disease of exclusion meaning that we term the patient as having this once all other investigations are completed to exclude other causes such as malignancy of bladder, tuberculosis of bladder, urinary outlet obstruction, etc. You might need to have a cystoscopy of bladder under general anaesthesia to confirm the suspicion.
