What Caused A Testicle Cyst Despite The Previous Surgery?

Good evening Dr.
I was udergone LAPAROSCOPIC HERNIOPLASRY FOR ING HERNIA on 07 June in India

I came back to UAE my workplace. It was painful on my right testicle & did Ultra sound. A cyst of size 2.1 * 2.7 * 2.4 was diagonised & is asked to repair it agian.

Noted your history of laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair in India on 07 June. Traveled back to the workplace in UAE and started with pain in the right testicle.
Ultrasonography found out the a cyst of size 2.1 * 2.7 * 2.4 was diagnosed & is asked to repair it again.
I can understand the plight one goes through. Your posting the report would have helped me more.
Well, if there is such a large cyst, it should be operated to get a permanent relief.
