What Caused Abdominal Pain And Brownish Discharge?

hi- had my 4th c-section 6 weeks ago and i've been fine- exercising regularly-no issues. I went for my first run on thursday and the one side of my belly hurts and when I sneezed yesterday I was in a lot of pain. I now have brownish discharge. Should I be worried?
