What Caused Bladder Inflammation And Pain With Urine Odor?

Hi, i'm 20 years old and before 6 years i had a strong Inflammation
on my Bladder,, i went to many doctor some of them told me that is something psychological and the other told me Bacteria ,, if i felt of this inflammation i had foul smell in my Urine and i cant control my self if i want to went to the tolite and pain around my bladder
