What Caused Pain In The Right Ovaries 6 Weeks After Surgical Termination?
Hi there
About six weeks ago I had a surgical termination. Everything went fine. Three weeks after I todo the morning after pill, a few days later I got my period which lasted for two weeks. Throughout this time I've a has a full, constant ache in my ovaries particularly the right side. What do you think this is? I thought it was just period pain but it obviously isn't. Thank you.

If the pan was due to surgery, it would have persisted since surgery,bleeding would not have stopped after abortion.
To have intercourse within 3 weeks of surgical termination of pregnancy, To take high dose hormone (morning after pill), is I feel over strain on a recently operated uterus,It has created excessive physical stress & hormonal disturbance.
The problem may be due to over exertion,inflammation,infection.A proper evaluation of condition will be possible after a physical check up & investigations as required by your doctor. The treatment can be decided only after that.
