What Caused Panic Attack Leading To Numbness?

I had a panik attack last night to the extent that I could not move and got numbness .. this morning wen j woke I was sick and the numbness was still there this time in my arms and around my mouth ... I'm still feeling like this now and also feel so weak and spaced out that I can't even talk properly

Your symptoms seem to be related to a panic attack. I recommend you to monitor your blood pressure values.
How old are you? Do you suffer from high blood pressure or diabetes? Do you smoke?
If the situation persists, I recommend going to the ER for a physical exam and some tests.
