What Caused Severe Heartburn After Injecting Meth?
OK I have severer heartburn after injecting meth from a new source I have a heiatal hernia in my esaphougs but thus heartburn is way worse, than any I have had ever . I been using alka selzter since yesterday about twenty so far but no relieve at all it seems to be like contractions coming and going

Your symptoms seem to be related to heartburn.
I recommend using antacids such as milk of magnesia.
I also recommend using PPI medication such as over the counter Prilosec.
I suggest to drink liquids and avoid food that can trigger the symptoms.
