What Caused Sudden Throbbing Pain In Shoulder During Work Out?

Hi I was in the gym working out two days ago. The next day I had this hard trobbing pain in my shoulder and it shoots down my right arm. My arm is very week now and it s hrs to make a fist. I have been working out for the last 14 months and am in very good shape. What is the problem all of a sudden??

Hi,

It could be due to contusion or sprain. As of now you can use analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like Aceclofenac/Seratiopeptdase for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persists you can consult an orthopaedician and plan for an MRI scan.
