What Caused Whole Body With Heart Palpitations Prior To Ingestion?

my son seemed to sleep for a long period this morning, i woke him up about 11:30am (which for him is not normal) and asked if he was hungry and thirsty, he said yes, as he stood up at the table to eat his whole body started to shake.. his heart rithem seemed strong, he acted normal , and after he got something into his body he quit shaking .. is there something to worry about?
