Dear parent, you need a follow up amniocentesis in the second trimester of pregnancy to confirm the exclusion of 13,18, 21, X and Y chromosomes. combined with a second trimester 4dimenstional ultrasound scan of the baby. if the NT decreases and the follow up amniocentesis FISH analysis came back normal then no need to worry.
