What Causes 6 Week Baby To Vomit Her Formula?

my daughter will be 6 weeks old tomorrow and she keeps throwing up her formula. we have been using gas drops in her formula like her dr said to, we have been feeding her a couple ounces at a time and burping her more frequently and sitting her up in her chair after her feedings...that is what her dr said to do but she keeps throwing up alot and its even when she hasnt ate for a while. what can we do to help her?

Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Overfeeding, not liking the formula,swallowing of excessive air along with formula and gastro esophageal reflux will cause vomiting of the formula..
Appropriate amount of feed, change of formula, burping after each feed and thickened formula in sitting position will help relieve vomiting.
