High BP is unlikely to be due to change of medication. Both Salazar-500 and Saaz-500 contain the same drug (Sulfasalazine) which is commonly prescribed to treat rheumatoid arthritis. Its common side effects include vomiting, dyspepsia, allergic reactions, loss of appetite, liver dysfunction. It is unlikely to increase the blood pressure. Her BP should be rechecked by her doctor and if found to be high should be treated accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
