What Causes Diarrhea And Pain In The Abdomen For Six Weeks Without Any Recovery?

I m a 29 year old woman who has for the last 6 weeks suffer from major diahria; throwing up. Before an after an during a bowel movement that also cause major major Paine in my belly. While taken a bowel movement I start setting and throwing up. I ve lost 28 lbs. In 6 weeks. I can t eat anything. I m suffering big time. My doctors sent sure what s going on. They just keep giving me meds for symptoms. I m begging for answers. Please help me out. I ve also got blisters in my mouth as well and a fever.
