Hi. You can consult any internal medicine doctor. For high blood pressure, she should take dash diet. This diet consist increased intake of fruits and vegetables. She should take low salt diet and do exercise daily. For blood pressure, home based monitoring is best. For first line antihypertensive therapy, she can take either ace inhibitors or diuretics or amlodepine. Take care.
