yes I am fairly sure Ihave herbeden nodes to threefingers ofmyrighthand,Iam62 year old female, is surgery to remove them possibleas theyare unattractive, Ialso have some peripheral neuropathy due to monoclonal treatmentfor breast cancer, this is ongoing treatment my handmobilityisfairlygood

Hello,
Heberden's nodes are usually caused by osteoarthritis. Surgery is possible but not usually advised because they would probably just re-occur. See a hand surgeon and get them to make sure of the diagnosis and recommend treatment
