What Causes Nausea, Tightness Around Lower Abdomen And Weight Gain After A Tummy Tuck?

I had hernia surgery and tummy tuck done in 2010. I have gained 33lbs since April 2013. I hardly eat anything and vomit often. Cannot loose weight. Also more important I recently have felt tightness across my lower abdomen. I have also been diagnosed with Ms in the last 2 years

As you describe, it may be the adhesion, or surgical hernia.
I advise you to consult your surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have M.R.I, for diagnosis.
For weight reduction you can follow the below steps.
Avoid the calories, fats, oils, junk foods, fleshy fruits like guava, and banana.
Practice, morning walk, yoga, gardening, and house hold works like cleaning, keeping things in order etc.
Minimize the sleeping time, practice late to bed, and early to rise. Avoid the day time sleep.
