What Causes UTI Symptoms?

im 33 & feelin like im getting uti as I have n the past but this time when I was running hot water on me so it wudnt hurt to urinate it look as if there were black particals flakey. Also I have just started back having sex again w my spouse. we did not have sex for 3 months and now just started back.
