What Causes WBC's In Urine For Over A Year With No Bacteria?
Hi I am a 31 year old female, 5'4", 164 pounds. I have had 3 children and a couple of surgeries. One of which was 12/1/2010. I had the lap band surgery. I have had low blood pressure for a couple of weeks now and feeling very tired. I went to the Doctors a few days ago and my blood pressure was 100/60. I have been getting dizzy spells and heart palpitations for about 3 weeks now. I had blood work done and a urinalysis. It is showing WBC's in my urine of 10-20 and Leukocyte Esterase of 3+ but no signs of bacteria whatsoever. This has been going on now for over a year. My blood work came back normal but just had another test done to check my thyroid as well. I am currently hooked up to an ECG monitor due to the palpitations. What would cause there to be WBC's in my urine for over a year with no bacteria?
Respected user, hi I evaluated your query thoroughly. *There are conditions present where you get WBC in urine with no bacteria - urethral syndrome - interstitial cystitis ( inflammation of bladder walls due to hormonal variations, specifically at the time of menstrual cycle changes ) Hope this clears your query.
