General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to a urinary tract infection or a vaginal infection.

I suggest doing a urinalysis to confirm the diagnosis.

If the diagnosis is confirmed, I suggest taking a cycle of antibiotics such as Augmentin.

I also suggest using anti-inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen to relieve the symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
