What Causes A Blockage Like Feeling In The Abdomen And Frequent Defecation?
last 10-12 days; unable to eat anything other than soup/crackers/toast; feel like there is something in my body/abdomen-ish area, like a blockage, but having, no kidding, 12-15 bowel movements a day... had blood tests and stool sample taken today; doc said results will come in about a week. Mother has histore of colon cancer, so I m slightly concerned.

do u have any history of blood in stool? if blood in stool thn we can consider colon cancer as one of differential diagnosis. it can be gastroenteritis as it is acute in onset for last few days.
