What Causes A Breast Lump?

hi i am 24 years old unmarried girl..

my issue is i feel a very small lump between my right breast n arm..if i touch it ..it moveable very small ball type very hard thing inside today i touched it hard n very ver small amount of liquid came out..tell me is this dangerous.???

Hi,

I think that this can be a case of fibroadenoma of the breast and it may require surgery. Also, I would suggest a ultrasound examination of both breast and a FNAC test from lump for confirmation of diagnosis, a detailed follow up examination is required.
