What Causes A Bruise On The Back?

Hi,
Hi, my name is Derek and I am 23yr old male,
I have found a bruise on my lower back right in the center of my spine. Its purple with a bit of red dots. I dont know how it got there but I didnt
have it yesterday. It doesn't hurt at all, should I be concerned?

Hi,
As this appearance of bruise is of very recent origin, there might be having some thing bite or some friction bump due to sleeping for long time in same position.
Take antihistamine like Cetrizine for a day or two.
Apply Vaseline or calamine lotion.
Ok and take care.
