What Causes A Chronic Urination Sense?
for the past 3 years i have suffered from the constant feeling like i need to pee. it worsens when i do go to the bathroom and the day after sex is the worst. i also gets worse arround my period. lately every day, sex or not it just gets worse. i have tried AZO relief and cranberry juice and have been tested for a UTI and bladder infection that both cam back negative. not sure where to go from here...

Yes, you have symptoms of UTI and bladder infections.
But this may also happen in;
1) Hypothyroidism
2) Stress
3) Urinary incontinence
4) Urethritis
Advice:
Go for
1) Thyroid function test
2) Urine culture and sensitivity
3) USG abdomen pelvis
Drink lot of water
In case of burning micturation tablet Nitrofurantoin and syrup Cital may help
