What Causes A Darkened Circular Spot On The Calf?

Within the last two weeks I have been extremely stressed with shortness of breath, rapid heartbeat, and now leg pain. While drying off from shower a pain I am experiencing behind my left knee above my calf also has a darkened spot circular like, how would I know if this is a blood clot forming I do smoke?

Darkened circular spot on the calf could be bruise formation due to injury or strain. It could also occur due to blood clot. I suggest you to get it checked out by your doctor and further management according to that.
