What Causes A Delayed Period, Nausea, Weakness, Tiredness With Stomach Kicking Sensations?

I just started the pill sprinted 28 day tablet I'm almost finished with this first month prior to that I had the mirena iud. I'm supposed to start my period tomorrow but all day today I've been nauseous weak tired ill and feeling kicks in my stomach I have had two children one is five the other three these movements literally feel like strong kicks in different area of my stomach earlier today and yesterday it was under my ribs now it's lower moving from side to side ...should I be concerned please help!
