What Causes A Delayed Period With Light Discharges, Bleeding And Back Pain?

I had my last period on August 14 I m on 28days cycle my period didn t came and I started a brown reddish like a period on September 20 but only lasted 2 days during the period of bleeding severe back pain when I bend it feels like my back is separating is this normal?

These are symptoms of dysmenorrhea and nothing to worry about it. You can take analgesics like mefenamic acid for pain relief. If symptoms persist you can consult a gynaecologist and get evaluated.
