What Causes A Delayed Period With Negative HPTs?

My period is late for 2 weeks now. Tested 3 times all negative. I have back pain, bloated, pressure in the abdominal area, light headache and light dizziness, no breast changes, usual bathroom breaks. Just wondering to get blood test. My period is irregular either -/+ 4 days when I start. Never been this late. I had period twice last month 7/3 then 7/21 which lasted 5 days each and I wonder if that was the cause. Not taking any BC.

Hi,

The symptoms, you have described, are just vague symptoms and do not specifically pertain to pregnancy. Moreover, you already had HPTs, which are negative. Otherwise, also, once a while, irregular menses - including delayed menses may be very much normal. Still, if you have any doubt, then if an HPT taken at least after 15 days of unprotected sex, is also negative, then your chances of being pregnant are almost nil.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
