What Causes A Hard Feeling Inside The Rectal Area?
So basically there is something hard in my anus (around 3~4 cm deep, and probably ~3mm big). It doesn t hurt at all, and it feels like a bone. I am kind of worried about its identity as I never heard of something like this. It doesn t prevent anything from going down, it s just on the anal wall (sorry for bad english, used google translate for these last words). What is it? Is it the prostate? I did some research and it might be internal hemorroids. But I m not sure. I heard that hemorroids disappear after a few days, so what should I do?
well it could be your normal anatomical structures, anything pathological presents with symptoms. if its hemorrhoids then there is bleeding associated with it, also sometimes they are painful and in advance cases come out while you defecate. other than that carcinoma could be a possibility but that presents with obstruction and many other symptoms that are hard to ignore. probably its normal anatomical structure. if you dont have any associated symptoms its better to not think about it as its nothing serious but if you are too concerned, get a digital rectal exam done by your physician and that will help.
