What Causes A Hard Urethra?

I am a 58 year old female (5 years since I have had a cycle. I noticed my urethra has become hard and crusty feeling. What could that be. Also, I have been taking Vitamin B for about 6 months & didn't know if that could do anything because it changes my urine to bright yellow. 2 months ago I had some blood spotting for a couple of hours & my Doctor's office wasn't too concerned as I have a pap test every year and it disappeared & never came back.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Respected user, hi I evaluated your query thoroughly.
*Hard urethra is related to chronic inflammation , in cases physiological
changes through wall irregularity.
- it is not related to Vitamin intake
- bright yellow color suggest altered pH or concentration with disturbances in
oral intake and output.
*Should undergo physical examination by Surgeon & if required evaluation
radiologically according to his expertise.
Hope this clears your doubts .
Thanks for using Health care magic & giving me an opportunity to assist you.
Wishing you healthy life ahead.
