What Causes A Knot In The Leg Leading To Swelling In Ankle?

I have a knot in my lower inside calf that is causing my leg and ankle to swell. I have had an MRI and a ultra sound and both have come back with no answeres. The knot on my leg is hard and about 1 in in lenght and 3 in width. I need to know who I should contact next to see if someone can tell me what is wrong.

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

In my opinion, you should consult a first orthopaedic surgeon to examine and decide what it is.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Gopal Goel, Orthopaedic Surgeon
