What Causes A Lump On The Back Of The Head After Hitting It?

I have been noticing a lump on the back of my head at the sides and they are painless and kinda of hard and on the middle theres a lump that feels like a bone. I recently hit my head on a wooden surface on that area and i was wondering if it was the cause for the swollen lymph nodes and if they are swollen lymph nodes and if they will go way in a couple of days. I hit my head about a week or some days after i got them.I was wondering if they are related to me hitting my head.

Hi, the lumps could be glands, but any lump anywhere should be taken seriously. It may not be related to the injury. Please show them to your doctor--regards
