What Causes A Lump On The Right Side Of The Spine?

i got rear ended and i have a few symptoms like 1. tingling in my right shoulder blade - feels like its getting worse 2. lump on right side of my spine that was almost tennis ball size and is almost gone now 3. pain on right side when i breath in deeply 4. pain in spine 5. pressue on left side of neck and moving up into my head I have been for xrays and doctor says its clear, my chiropractor says my spine is out of alignment. I need answers, its been so frustrating
