What Causes A Lump Under The Collar Bone And Sore Breasts?

I have a lump under my collar bone on my left side right above my breast , its been there for 2 months now and its not going away its actually getting tender and i think a bit bigger its not painful but my breast does feel sore and i get a burning sensation . im really worried about it being

Hi,

I think that the first thing that is required for this condition is a ultrasound examination of both breast to rule out other causes , start a course of antibiotics (amoxycillin clauvulunic acid tablet) for 5 days and analgesics, depending upon the nature of lump, an FNAC may be required.
