What Causes A Missed Period With Negative HPTs?

i missed my periods for 3 months and the doctor advised me to take deviry for 5 days after which my periods have not yet started. i took around 7-8 home urine pregnancy tests overall and the last test i did was on the 50th day of the missed period. Could i still be pregnant ? all the tests were performed in the morning.

You can go for a beta HCG test for confirmation.

If your periods still gets delayed, consult a gynecologist and get evaluated.
