What Causes A One Year Old To Limp?

My daughter 1.5 yrs started limping with right leg since last afternoon with no pain or fever or any other symptom, she is walking and running but limping, even couldnt find any injury or bruise in her lower limb, but worried what can be the underlying causes, or how how serious it could be, showed to the local pediatric dr he checked her and said does not found any thing clinically, she might have put her foot on a toy or something, but still worried, can you please suggest
