What Causes A Painful Lump On Shoulder After An Injury?

Hi, 3 months ago I had a/c joint reconstruction. The injury was a type 3 separation. I have developed a painful lump on that shoulder since and it seems to be getting larger. It is located under the bottom half of the incision. What could this be and what can be done to correct it? I look deformed.
