What Causes A Painful Tingling Sensation On The Left Side Of The Face?

I have ms, several months ago I started to feel a slight tingling on the left side of my face. Within a few weeks from half of my lip, toung, jaw and inside my mouth I had a shocking sensation. It is very painful. Hard to talk, eat, drink, or just to silk quietly.

You need to undergo further evaluation for this
This can be either due to MS or due to a aberrant vascular loop or some other reasons
Treatment depends on the cause of this neuralgia
hence we need to first find the cause
