What Causes A Period With Severe Bleeding And Clotting?

We have been trying to get pregnant for 7 months now. The doctor prescribed me letrozole, glucophage, and shuts so far I did it for one cyle, and I got my period 2 days ago. The second day of my period was severe bleeding and lots of cloth , why is that???

Consult a gynecologist and get evaluated to rule out an ectopic pregnancy.

As of now, you can take drugs like Tranexamic Acid to control bleeding.
