Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. After a delivery or abortion, it takes sometime for the pregnancy hormone levels to decline and thus the pregnancy test remains positive for about 3 weeks. If your termination of pregnancy was reviewed after two weeks clinically and also with a trans-vaginal sonogram to exclude any retained products, this positive test is transient. The discharge is most likely to be the withdrawal bleeding subsequent to the emergency pill intake. If you did not have a follow up sonogram, please get it done now. Hope this helps.
