What Causes A Pus Filled Pimple On The Chin Of A 2 Month Old?
My 2.5 month old had a pimple on his chin. I picked at it (I know, big mistake) and now it is red and swollen with a lot of puss behind it...looks to be infected. He cries when he nurses because it rubs it. Do I continue to leave it alone or will it get worse?

Hi...please do not leave it like that. It is getting infected and might turn out to be a pyoderma or skin and soft tissue infection of the region. It might require antibiotics orally and topically. I suggest you consult your pediatrician regarding this.
