HI
Thanks for posting your query to Healthcaremagic .
Two probable causes for your symptoms are :
1. Cervical Radiculapathy : It's a condition where you nerve which supplies the back of head , neck shoulder hand , chest and back gets compressed between the neck bones and causes pain in its area of distribution ( that is in the area mentioned above )
2.
Acute Coronary SYndrome : Is a condition where blood supply to the heart is reduced causing some
oxygen deprivation to heart and the heart starts getting damaged .
If you were my patient I would have first tested you for Acute Coronary SYndrome by doing EKG ,
Troponin I test and 2D Echo. And if it comes out normal then test for Cervical Radiculapathy with an
X ray cervical spine or an MRI Cervical spine .
I advise you consult your doctor again for the evaluation .
Hope this answers your query .
Any clarifications or Queries feel free to ask.
Happy to help you.
Regards.
