What Causes A Red Rash Around The Area Of Injection?

Hi, I just received on Tuesday of this week a steriod (acthar? I think it was methylprednisolone) shot in my hip for hip bursitis. Two days ago I noticed a bullseye red rash around the site that I was injected. Is this normal or should I be worried? I am 52 years old, female.
