What Causes A Red Rash On The Penis?

I have a red flat rash on the top of my penis that has been there for over 2 months. I have tried A&D and other things but is seems to getting bigger and some more smaller spots just appeared in the past few days. I have not been with anyone (sex) but my wife for over the past 20 years. It doesn t hurt or itch. What could it be?

I really appreciate your concern, what the symptom of red rash you have may not be due to sexually transmitted disease but it could be allergic disorders but more it could be fungal infection, such condition could be treated with antifungal and steroid together like, Miconazole with Beclomethasone, hope this information helps.
