What Causes A Red Rash On The Right Arm?

Started to get sore red rash on right arm last August. Narrowed it down to Losartin (BP med) but Still having right arm/shoulder pain. But I also had a bug bite, then cellulitis, infection in arm. All came back normal. then they treated me for tennis elbow. I am still getting 1/2 dollar size sore red spots that are sore to touch, last a week or so then disappear. (truly I can t even touch it) Been to 2 rheumatologist and they are puzzled, had 2 byopsies and said I have inflammation under the skin. BUT the bumps that are sore started dec 2015 when I had 2 shots in my hip for bursa and a shot in my spine for spinal stenosis. Doctors gave Cymbalta and doxepin for pain... I refused because I just want to know why under my skin is inflamed and why do I keep getting these red hot inflamed circles that are very painful then subside after 2 wks. Oh yes, they said maybe fibromyalgia. Also, they put me on Lasix and atenolol. Need what to do PLEASE

As a first line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like Betamethasone for symptomatic relief. If the lesion persists, it is better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
